Show me the ROI is a consistent questions that client ask. And rightly so. It’s biggest challenge I find in “proving” that social media has measurable impact on a business’ bottom line. Ironically, digital conversations can be monitored, tracked and analyzed to death. Seems like a pretty valuable thing to me.
